The complex was very quiet. The town is quite small so it's easy to get to the supermarkets and all the bars and restaurants are an easy walk. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped.

Clean and modern inside. Short distance to the beach and restaurants. Aircondition works but need to empty bucket with water by yourself.
Found 3 cockroaches and had to spray the rooms intensely with anti insect spray to avoid any more showing up. No nice view from the property, just at the pool in front. It is located among apartments where local people live so its not a hotel with rooms, but a random apartment in town.
