For the price you are paying it's a good stay, you got what you need.

Price is good, and you have everything you need basically.

The bed was a bit small in length, and you can hear everything around you, also the deposit not a huge fan, even though I get it being needed. Feel like it should be mentioned better, as in clearer hard to mis.

What I didn’t like: having to leave a €200 deposit on a third-party website. I asked if it was possible to pay the deposit in cash, since I don’t have a credit card, and get it back at check-out, but my message was simply ignored by the hosts.

It is a good place for one night. It was clean and there is a free parking.

I didn’t realize the deposit was so high. It should be mentioned at the beginning of the listing, as I had to spend time searching for that section. I was also uncomfortable leaving a deposit through a third-party website. There was also a point about paying for the bedding set, which I didn’t understand, but in my case the bedding was included.

Clean, extremely comfortable and well organised.

This is an extremely comfortable place to stay. The setup and facilities are excellent for the price. The communication from the host is clear and informative.

I did find the deposit too much. It is more than any hotel I have ever stayed in. I understand the premise, but it still felt uncomfortable. In Australian dollars that is a lot of money.

good stay in nature

easy check-in though many messages received, a little bit confusing, specially as we booked several rooms. I had to message the host to get the code for the 2nd room, but they answered very quickly. very quiet, new rooms. spacious enough. Close enough to Etretat, it has a big enough private parking space, and easy to find.

the beds could have been bigger and more comfy, specially the pillows. the shower was be slippery for elders, but no big deal.

The property was very humid, you could feel it from the strong smell as soon as we opened the door. The bathroom had rust on some of the handles, there were dead ants close to the rubbish bin and the bin hadn’t been emptied.

Handy access, cosy bed, lovely place

Thoughtfully decorated and very clean. The bed was extremely cosy. Parking right outside made it very handy. Kitchen was sufficiently equipped. Access was very easy.

Simple but good value for money. Clean & good breakfast.

Simple room but with good shower and good heating. Good breakfast delivered in the room (you have to send the host a message with your preferred breakfast time). Nice small garden table with 2 chairs in front of the room (loooking west so evening sunshine). Wifi okay. Parking okay. Etretat at 6km in a straight line (nice countryside).

Hard to find, not well indicated, just a very small sign on the roadside so have a look at Google streetview before you go there (it's opposite a small side road to a camping). No shampoo in the room and no bottle of water.

Nice and clean apartment

Perfect for visiting Etretat and Normandy cliffs. In an adorable small village (don't miss its Boulangerie), you can breath Normandy atmosphere. Clean apartment, perfect for a couple.

They could provide by default some more bathroom towels, in any case it was not a big issue.

Location close to Etretat

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. Bed linen and bath towels were not included, so you had to pay 7 euros per person if you wanted them. My girlfriend and I decided to pay the 14 euros, but the bed linen was not tidy at all; we found even hairs on the bed. Also, they included bath towels in the price, but they did not provide shampoo or shower gel. We also found a worm inside the toilet the morning that we woke up.

very clean and quiet small room, only 5km from Ètretat and few minutes walking distance from The Loges village. nice breakfast has been served in our room. very happy with the early check in from 13h. totally recommend it!

the small is too tiny but if you need a bigger solution there are the small houses downstairs with a kitchen and a small private garden

Superb

Nice little apartment with useful kitchenette and beautiful view into the garden. I could also imagine sitting in the garden, relaxing, reading a book, but it was just too hot when we were there. Also, the location is really good, I think since it is not super touristic but very within a 10-15 minutes drive to Ètretat, the Gardens, the beaches and cliffs. The internet was very good, too.

Small thing...it would be good to have some more kitchen utensils like a little more cutlery and a bigger pot.

Big room, good parking area. Close to Etretat town, if you are driving a car.

I have never seen apartments without towels, you need to pay for them at the property 7 euros. so it’s 14 for 2 and for this money added to the price you can rent much better options in etretat. no shower gel as well.

Very good

Very comfortable studio, clean and modern: modern furniture, well-equipped kitchen with small fridge, many power outlets, large comfortable bed. Nice big bathroom. Very fast Wifi. Everting looks exactly like on the pictures. Easy parking on the ground, easy to find on the main street some 10 minutes’ drive away from Etretat and the coast. Great value, rather a bargain more than adequate for costs. Les Loges is a tiny village but has a small grocery and a wonderful bakery. They sell fantastic delicious cakes on weekends.

There is just one very very strange thing. I am under impression access to major hotel sites like Booking.com or Expedia is …. blocked?! Everything worked fine except the two sites. I had to access Booking.com via a VPN. According to “tracert Booking.com” the route was blocked by the router 10.65.141.1

We really enjoying our 2 night stay. The studio is very well organized, cozy, clean and comfortable, with nice simple decoration. The garden and surroundings are pleasant and serene. Smooth check in and easy parking. Great location - 5km to Etretat and a scenic and calm neighborhood (although a local road passes outside the property). We would definitely recommend, especially for a couple’s stay.

Excellent location close to Etretat and Fécamp. All necessary amenities provided. Lovely adjoining sunny terraces and plants all around. A meadow with donkeys and a goat at the end of the garden. Staff is a young couple. Very friendly and welcoming!

We slept in one of the studios below with a terrace and some neighbours were quite noisy.
