One of the best locations in the city-- walking distance to museums, parks, beach, grocery stores, restaurants, public transportation -- everything needed for a pleasant and enjoyable vacation. The apartment is perfect for a couple; it's clean, and well equipped for quick meals. We were very pleased with the convenience of the bus stop, just feet away from the apartment, for bus to and from the airport, also a bus for the beach resorts north of the city. The host was very kind and quick to respond to our questions. Overall, we had a great experience and we will definitely stay at this property again.

It's not that we didn't like it, but just so you know and be aware of this uncommon practice. After making the reservation through Booking, the property management might request a security deposit, which is promptly refunded after the stay. Since it's uncommon request, it might raise suspicions, but in reality, the property management is professional and trustworthy.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Praktisch Zentrum und trotzdem ziemlich ruhig da in zweiter Reihe

Es ist schon gut, dass es eine Waschmaschine hatte. Leider ist sie ein bisschen kompliziert zu bedienen und es kann bis zu 8 Stunden dauern, bis sie gewaschen und getrocknet hat. Finde ich sehr lange.

Tolle Wohnung, geräumig, topsauber, modern und komfortabel, gute Lage in der Nähe der Kathedrale eingangs der Fußgängerzone. Es war alles hervorragend.

Etwas unangenehm war die Aufforderung, nach dem Buchen (und auch bereits nach dem Bezahlen) 100€ Kaution über Paypal zu bezahlen, was wir zunächst für eine gefälschte Nachricht gehalten haben, da man bei einer Buchung über Booking.com die Bezahlung ja über das Portal abwickelt. Die unpersönlich standardisierten Antworten auf Nachfragen mit der Aufforderung, einen Link zum Checkin anzuklicken, haben das Vertrauen in die Sicherheit der Kommunikation nicht gerade verbessert. In der Annahme, vor Ort diese Dinge abwickeln zu können, standen wir schließlich da ohne Informationen zum Einlass. Im Nachhinein wurde die solchermaßen ungern überwiesene Kaution dann rasch zurückerstattet.
