Good place to be. You should rent a car. It's a bit far from some places in Koh Chang. But great :)

Interior looks like in the pictures; high ceiling and great taste in furniture. Pool has an excellent shape too, was in good condition and very clean.
Restaurant at the corner serves fantastic local food. Great coffee place can be found at the small village in front of the sea; there are some small nice beaches close-by.
Outside area needs a bit of a refresh. Curtains and bedsheets were not entirely clean when we moved in, but this was readily remediated upon our complaint.
Driveway to house needs careful steering but is manageable w/o 4-wheel drive.
