Sve je odlično. Smeštaj je u mirnom delu grada. Zgrada je mirna. Stan je solidan, vlasnici žive u istoj zgradi, pa je preuzimanje ključeva jednostavno. Nismo imali problem da nađemo parking ispred.
Kreveti bi mogli biti udobniji. Imaju dva kauča na razvlačenje, što je za garsonjeru i ok, ali kome treba odmor, bilo bi dobro da ima neki krevet sa kvalitetnim dušekom.

В квартирі було чисто, був хороший інтернет. Мабуть, на цьому плюси закінчуються.
1. В квартирі був запах сигаретного диму. Відчувається, що раніше там стабільно хтось курив. Це саме давній запах, який не провітрюється. 2. Вода була ледь теплою, гарячої не було. 3. Весь посуд на кухні був брудний та липкий. До нього було страшно торкатись. 4. Електричний чайник був дуже старий, ми його навіть боялись включати. 5. Сам будинок теж дуже старий. Квартира знаходиться на останньому 7 поверсі. Страшно їхати в тому старому ліфті.
