Great stay, most pleasant host and wonderful location!

The apartment was just perfect for our family of three, everything is neat, clean, beds were comfortable, un general it felt like home. There even were ice cubes prepared in advance in the fridge!! The bathroom was especially cool, so modern and tidy. The host is a very pleasant gentleman, reachable anytime and very hospitable. The location is great, very close to the city centre, bus and railway stations, as well as to a bus station Terazije where you can jump on an intercity bus and explore places beyond Užice. ;) I’d just mention for the guests who have a hard time with stairs: the building has no lift, you have to climb a few floors up. But for us it was not a problem at all, we enjoyed our stay immensely! Will definitely come back if we have a chance. ❤️

Good place for staying.

Comfortable flat, we really liked it. Everything works, exceptionally clean. The owner is a very nice person, helped us with everything. Location is good, 10-15 minutes walking from the city center. Parking is possible on the street, free of charge. Good view from the windows. Good WiFi.

There is nothing what we really did not like. Yes, the flat needs a renovation as many reviewers said, but it has everything what we could need. For us it was not a problem at all.

Clean appartman, good location, no extas.

We were looking for a low price appartment, with not extras, just for an overnight stay on our journey. That's exactly what we found in Dvosoban stan.

It's on the 4th floor of the building. It's not easy to find close parking place in the narrow hill streets.

perfect place. booked quite late, at about 11pm, and the owner answered us immediately and opened how we arrived. spacious apartment in a quiet location. Free parking on the whole street with a lot of space

No conditioner, but it's not a problem because it's a quiet place and you can open windows

Pleasant

The location of the apartment is near to center of city.

It’s fine if you are planning to stay there only to one night (to sleep). The apartment did remind me old Soviet apartment with old furnitures and smell of dampness. The owner barely speaks English and you communicate with him only via Google Translate.

Никога не бих наел апартамент с 'преходна стая' за 4ма... адски неудобно е. Домакинът не приема карти и НЕ издава документи за плащане. Не бих го препоръчал.

Одличан смештај близу центра у мирном крају. Све препоруке.

Одлична локација,близу центра. Паркинг испред зграде. Тих и миран крај. Што се тиче апартмана немам замерки. Све што треба и што је неопходно било је у апартману.

Све је било у реду.
