About this bed and breakfast
Our charming guest house cottage with private entrance in the backyard of our single-family home in the Burbank Magnolia Park neighborhood. Large 425 sq ft studio has vaulted ceiling and french doors allowing in bright natural light. A newly renovated space with a mini kitchen and luxurious bathroom boasting an extra-large shower. Vintage house with a modern twist, featuring Alexa "turn on the lights", keyless entry, and a smart TV. Enjoy your pick of fresh lemons and oranges while lounging in the backyard. Sleeps 2 adults/1 child comfortably.
Check-in is 4:00 pm and checkout is 12:00 pm noon. Plenty of coffee spots, various restaurants, and great shops within walking distance. Please note, the driveway and yard are a common space area. Feel free to say hello if you see us :)

This place was a perfect location to our daughters and made going back and forth was so easy. It has a private patio fully furnished and quiet. We did not realize the bed was in the living room until we got there. It turned out to be fine. The bed was very comfortable! I feel confident that we will stay here again.The Heimanns 12/25/2025Hostess Misty was available but not seen.

Really great property with lovely accommodations. Very walkable to several things you may need and easy to get a ride share from. Felt very safe and secluded. Which was great since I west traveling with my 9 year old. Pixie was just an added treat.

Excellent location with ease of access to major highways but still with a surburban feel. Walking access to shops and dining establishments.
