Very nice luxury hotel! Staff treated you like celebrities. We went for my daughter’s birthday and it was a wonderful experience from check in to check out! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Thank you to all the wonderful staff for a memorable trip!

My stay was absolutely amazing the staff was wonderful and very helpful with anything that we needed the only thing to be careful of is that when you book online you think you've paid everything and then there are facility fees of almost $50 a day that you're not warned about beforehand which was very frustrating to find out when you go to check out. Also you have to go to the front desk to check out instead of just leaving your keys in the room which is kind of inconvenient especially when it's busy.

My experience was disappointing, especially with the food court attendant, was rude , The advertised “free breakfast” was just a small piece of bread and yogurt not what I expected. Parking isn’t free either; it costs $50 per night.
I also paid for my hotel online, including the hotel fee shown at checkout, but later noticed an additional $88 hotel fee charged to my account. Be sure to check your bank statement after your stay for unexpected charges, this has never happened before at a different hotel
