About this house rental
Three floors of amazing is what this townhouse offers! Located in the desirable East Beach area, this home is within walking distance to many great restaurants including Crab Daddy's, Fiddler's, The Crab Trap, and more. You also won't be far from the Pier Village, where you'll find some of St. Simons' most popular shops, restaurants, and activities such as putt putt, bike rentals, Southeast Adventures, and the lighthouse. There are also brand new pickleball courts in the Pier Village area! First floor has open floor plan with kitchen, living room with a smart TV, dining area, and half bathroom. Off the living room is a deck that walks you down to the pool (open April 01 - October 31) and across the street to the beach access. Second floor has two full bedrooms with private use bathrooms and the laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron, and board. Third floor is a kids' oasis! Bunk bed with a twin on top and double on bottom. Full private use bathroom also. The nearest beach access is only about 0.3 miles away. The only TV is located in the living room. 7 night minimum rental year round.
PLEASE NOTE: This property only features Wi-Fi and 1 TV with a Roku located in the living room. You must use your own streaming services. Cable not included.

Property was exactly as advertised. Very convenient location. Place was clean and kitchen well stocked for extended stays. We spent a month there. Staff at Golden Isles Properties were very responsive to our needs. Thanks

This is the second time staying at NextStop,. We stayed last year for the montn of March also. The unit is gettng tired...both times we had major appliance issues. It is comfortable although they can use dressers in the bedrooms..We brought our own tv as bedrooms are without. Had to buy measuring spoons, cups, garlic press. Great location, even if it is on busy road. No pool....pool furniture for lounging getting old.
