About this house rental
At the bottom of a private garden of 700 m² with space for two cars, enjoy an island of greenery out of sight for breakfast on the terrace, an aperitif in the shade of the fig tree or a grill on your Weber barbecue.
Berck is the only beach in Pas-de-Calais to have obtained the "Blue Flag" label in 2021, which has already been awarded several times in recent years and which rewards the cleanliness of public spaces as well as the cleanliness of the sea.
And if, by bad luck, the weather is not good, relax in a comfortable 50 m² cottage tastefully renovated: radiator in each room, wood stove, 49-inch TV (Netflix + 220 channels), high-speed Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen, washing machine.
Outdoor activities: basketball court 100 m, disc golf du Bois Magnier 300 m, tennis club 1 km, supervised beach 1.2 km, golf 1.3 km, seals of the Bay of Authie 2.3 km, FFN beach 2.5 km, Bagatelle amusement park 3.7 km.
Indoor activities: cinema and casino 800 m, bowling alley and Agora swimming pool (with slide, wave pool, sauna, hammam) 1.2 km, Opale Sud museum 1.2 km.
Shops: Carrefour Market 500 m, takeaway pizza 550 km, Aldi 800 m, town centre 1 km, Sun Set beach bar 1.2 km, covered market (Wednesday and Saturday) 1.3 km.

Lovely little property. Clean and comfortable beds. Well equipped with everything you need. Quiet residential area but close to shops and restaurants. 15min walk to 12km of beautiful sandy beach. We enjoyed day trips to Le Touquet and Montreuil. Good communication with owner and easy contactless key handover as we arrived late evening. Would recommend.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Mit allen Details, die man sich wünscht. Bestens organisierter Service durch den Vermieter
Top ist auch der ohne Einblicke von anderen zu nutzende Garten der nach Touren ins Umfeld oder dem Besuch der lebhaften Strandpromenade zum ruhigen Tagesausklang einlädt.

C'était une.belle surprise ! Au vu de l'adresse et de la position de google Map j'ai cru être au bord d'une rue avec un jardinet devant ! Ce n'est pas du tout ça.. C'est seulement le passage qui mène à la maison que l'on voit et derrière la double porte il y a une longueur de jardin gazonné bien entretenu. Et au bout 2 places pour stationner et après un beau jardin avec un magnifique figuier. La haie qui sépare des voisins est remplie de belles roses .. La maisonnette est tres bien décorée et fonctionnelle. Il ne manque rien ... On a y a passé un très beau séjour ... Franchement je vous dis on aimerait bien avoir une maisonnette comme ça
