Very nice condo and property. Great view of the bay.

We went during spring break and the temperature was not that warm, thought the pool was heated but was not.

The home was open, clean and tastefully decorated, close to beach and restaurants and great for 2 families. Also a 20 minute drive to Destin and beautiful Crab Island, 20 minutes to Fort Walton Airport. The pool and dock were clean and well lit at night, marked private property to keep others out.

We struggled to work the electronic door lock, even had a technician come look at it and showed us how to work it, but it was hit or miss. Our place came with a grill, so we bought food at Walmart to grill and had it delivered on arrival, only to find no grill. We contacted our agent the first day, second day, third day and fourth day, finally someone came to verify we had no grill. 3 hours later the agent brought a 12” round portable charcoal grill to cook for our party of 8. Also sadly, no beach towels for a beach house.

The property was comfortable enough for our family stay at the beach. Being off the main drag was a plus due to the busy-ness of the area. The facilities gave us enough room to spread out and relax, whether in the kitchen/living area, patio or bedroom. The pool for the property was clean and refreshing change from the beach. There were many eating establishments close by in walking distance with some fantastic food.

I did not like that the dishwasher was backed up and could not be used. Going up and down the stairs did a number on my knees.
