La atención y la localización. Tiene aire acondicionado y wifi, funcionan los dos correctamente. El apartamento tiene secador y plancha de ropa es un punto muy bueno.
Para empezar el agua de la ducha se pone fría enseguida, no puede ducharse ni 1 persona con agua caliente seguida. La pared que da al pasillo es de Cristal y eso hace que entre toda la luz si se enciende por parte de otro vecino, los ruidos de dentro de el apartamento se escuchan.
