San Martín Suites Apartments

A well set out apartment with plenty of space and a great kitchen for cooking. It was clean and tidy and had a lift right next to the front door. The apartment is an easy 10minute walk from attractions and in a lovely part of the city. It also has great air conditioning for those hot Seville days. We had an issue with the front door entry lock at 9.30 at night which in the end had to be replaced but the manager was attentive and had a locksmith arrive to let us in. It had to be replaced the next day which was done as arranged promptly and at the arranged time. Could not fault the support provided by the management team.

Great Location, near lots of tapas bars, supermarket and easy walk into the city. Clean, comfortable and well equipped.

There was a dripping or leak of water noise in the wall near the bathroom, like someone left a tap on in apartment above and I had to wear ear plugs to block the noise out.

City Center is easy accessible on foot from the Apartment. In the neighborhood cafes, restaurants, especially along one, long pedestrian street. A few supermarkets nearby, although opened later than I am used to. Apartment itself is brand fresh new. 2 bedrooms and 1 big living room with kitchenette, 2 bathrooms, one of them connected to the main bedroom. There was no balcony in the apartment. Nice view from both bedrooms over the local square.

Ok location, welcome bottle of wine, good proximity to center, shops, etc.

Very minimal, the cheapest equipment inside, only few dishes in the kitchen (emply shelves), running toilet, hot water comes after long waiting, many items inside worn out, cheap uncomfortable bed linen, too few lamps in living room, etc. Not a cosy appartment, comparing to what we have seen in our experience
