El espacio es muy cómodo y cuenta con todos los servicios, además está cerca de rutas que permiten recorrer la ciudad.

El estudio está localizado en una zona peatonal. No tiene parking, pero el barrio tiene muchos huecos para aparcar y parece muy tranquilo así que no tuvimos ningún problema para dejar el coche. El estudio está muy bien equipado, tiene muchos utensilios en la cocina y encima hay sal y aceite (este detalle es un puntazo!). Estaba muy limpio y tenía el aire puesto cuando llegamos (se agradece este gesto!). El propietario nos facilitó todos los códigos de acceso antes de la llegada y todo estaba muy claro y bien explicado.
El estudio tiene las paredes un poco destruidas pero yo personalmente no lo veo como un gran inconveniente. Le vendría bien una capa de pintura, pero de verdad, es un detalle. Prefiero que esté limpio y tenga de todo a que tenga los paredes pintadas y esté lleno de pelo y sin ni una olla en la cocina.

La ubicación es muy buena, estaba bien equipado, además que dejaron café, azúcar, sal, pimienta, etc que son cosas que siempre necesitas al llegar y se agradece.
Solo podría decir la incomodidad de la ubicación de la cama.

Good location. Safe area, residential near small cafes etc in the suburbs. Close enough to city centre. Seville is amazing. It was reasonable value but I would not want to take my wife there. She is not an oompaloompa.
The stairs were limited to oompaloompas. It needs a painting and the edging on the kitchen is off. Looks poor.
