La ubicación, excepcional, la amplitud del piso, y buen sistema de calefacción. Con buen equipamiento en la cocina. En la esquina, un lavaseco.
El agua caliente duraba muy poco; éramos tres y no alcanzaba para todos pese a tener cuidado con la duración. La TV no era smart, vale decir le conectamos un notebook para ver una película por una plataforma streaming. Y, nos sorprendió la escalera empinada de acceso al piso; nos pareció poco inclusiva. El sofá no se extendía como cama, pero alcanzo para la tercera persona.
