Great small studio with kitchen right next to train station. Great to visiting assisi, Cortoina, arezzo, gubbio, spoletto ,etc. Stefano is really nice host/owner who even picked me up at the bust station. Highly recommend.

If you want to stay incognito in Perugia, this is the place for you.

A darling little place, I loved the decor. It has cooking facilities, but I did not use them. The owner/proprietor was very helpful, hauling my enormous duffle up the 7 flights.

Pillows. Not exactly central Perugia - it's a long walk uphill to the centro storico. And then there are those 7 flights up inside the building. The toilet was fussy, took a lot of convincing to flush liquid. It is close to the station, but beware what your navigation tells you - there's an underpass that cuts off about 20 minutes' walking time. The closest grocery is a Lidl half a mile away, and there are no cafes in the neighborhood. It was a lonely Sunday night.

Beautiful experience! Cozy, comfortable and clean

I loved the apartment, it was cozy, clean and comfortable. I was able to eat all my meals in the well equipped kitchen. It was close to public transportation.

This is not the fault of the host. The area can be a little intimidating for solo female travelers. I live in Italy and have traveled alone alot but this part of the city didn't put me at ease as a solo female. I was catcalled and stared at. But if you are with other people it's fine.

Stefano is a great host, he offered to pick us up from the airport, and also to drive us back. Moreover he gave us a ride to the city center as it was in the evening when we arrived and we had to have dinner. At his location you will find everything you need, nice and cozy place, very clean. Also, the apartment is near the train station and the public transportation, and some supermarkets.

Czyste, pięknie urządzone i dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie na poddaszu. Trzeba wejść na czwarte lub piąte piętro po schodach, ale dla nas nie był to problem. Pod blokiem bezpłatne miejsca parkingowe. Blisko stacja mini metro, o której wspomniał nam właściciel mieszkania.

molto faticoso per tutto

questo appartamento non è adatto a persone disabili o anziane perché si trova al 4 piano . molto accogliente il ragazzo che ci a portato su e ci aiutato ad portare su i bagagli . molto severi anche per una macchina che non era stata fatta da noi ci hanno dovuto contattare per puntualizzare. La sera non è assolutamente consigliabile uscire perché qualsiasi angolo ti giri c’è gente poco raccomandata anche in torno . il centro si trova lontano i mezzi non sono attendibili con la macchina non sai dove parcheggiare. la mattina entra la luce e fa giorno non c’è una persiana .

C’è tutto quel che può servire per un breve soggiorno nonostante lo spazio risulti essere davvero piccolo. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e grande disponibilità e gentilezza da parte del padrone di casa.

Lo spazio è in generale molto piccolo e le tende purtroppo non oscurano completamente dalla luce esterna. Per la nostra esperienza il parcheggio immediatamente fuori dall’appartamento è abbastanza pieno.

Tutto come da descrizione! Accogliente e ben organizzato. Padrone di casa, veramente gentile e cordiale! Subito pronto e disponibile a rispondere a qualsiasi dubbio o domanda! Presente anche tutti l’occorrente per cucinare. Bustine di te e bottigliette d’acqua fresca. Torneremo sicuramente per un nuovo soggiorno!
