Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Excellency start to a vacation. The house was in a nice suburban neighborhood where I was able to walk to a public access area to get to the beach. That was a 10 minute walk that feels a lot quicker. Shewbys shantyshack was the best restaurant I had while in Florida and it’s pretty much walking distance as well. Liquor store up the st w surf shops near by. Great beach attractions within a 5 minute drive. Only drawback was that I don’t think this is a party neighborhood or house. I didn’t have any issues due to the fact that I was on a family trip.
