Everything! The service we got from the owner and Isaac was excellent. The apartment was well equipped and had a perfect location.

The apartment and staff are really recommendable. You have everything that you need and the apartment is very well equipped. I was impressed how warm and welcoming the apartment felt. The kitchen has everything you need, including oil, spices, kitchenware and coffee. Even some small welcome gifts were made available. Both bedrooms are super comfy and perfect. The terrace is ideal for beautiful evenings and mornings, with an option for BBQ. The pool is close but calm and not crowded. I took a swim every morning and evening :-) The apartment is also very clean and calm overall, even though the location is super central with cars and restaurants just around the corner. We had a perfect stay and I'd come again!

Communication was excellent from arrival at the property, helping with getting a few small issues resolved, getting suggestions for activities and checking out. The apartment was unbelievably equipped with every necessary kitchen and bath item and even those not expected (air fryer, juicer, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, personal wipes). We stayed 9 nights and 1 day we were "sheltered in place" but were not as restricted as those who were staying in Puerto Vallarta. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs. The smaller bedroom had beds that could be split into twins, had an in-suite bathroom that had the larger walk-in shower shown in photos, did not have a balcony but had a standard size window. The primary bedroom had a nice balcony that we used in the mornings, however it would have been so nice to have 2 small chairs and a table to set a drink on (only had 1 chair that has to be moved from the bedroom and 2 large pots with unfortunately dead plants.) I'm a little picky about mold and the shower could use a good scrub with bleach and a stiff brush to remove the mold that can easily build in a warm/humid climate. We used the laundry and set up the drying rack up in the main bedroom with the ceiling fan to help dry clothes quickly. We were given 2 boxes of Nespresso coffee, but found that it would be so much more economical to have a regular size drip coffee machine. Having purified water available from the refrigerator saved us many trips to the store. There is a market close by (5 minute walk) that we easily used for fresh items. There was complimentary 6 pack of beer, juices condiments, spices and even some bags of potato chips! We were going to use the BBQ often, but found that lighting it was a little tricky since the igniter was not working and needed to be lit with a lighter (stand back when it ignites!!

This has nothing to do with the apartment, This area is much more suited for a younger party age group who gravitate to restaurants like Senor Frogs (No thanks) as we found that Playa del Carmen, the Cancun airport and the coast line from Cancun to Tulum to be so overrun with tourists, overpriced restaurants (except the incredible, delicious Trattoria del Centro where we ate 4 times!!) only a few public overrun beaches, and mostly inaccessible beaches (without paying for use or parking) and in need of infrastructure repair and maintenance.. Obviously just our older adult opinion and absolutely no reflection on the beautiful apartment, so go and experience things for yourself!
