"Very friendly and helpful owner. Our room was nice size, clean with air conditioner. The beach is very close, less than a 10 minute walk. There is a shop 2 house down on the corner."

the location was pretty far away from the main street where the restaurants are, no balcony to one of the rooms, one was like a hospital room, the other was pretty nice, all in all you can try your luck
we booked 2 identical rooms, yet eceived two rooms completely different, one with no balcony, no light in the bathroom, the noise was really bad in the building, you could hear anyone really loud, there/s an echo forming in the hallway
