Géén zon op het appartement ( behalve 1 klein terrasje 's morgens ). Weinig zitcomfort. Géén onderhouds- of poetsmiddelen. Wasmachine maakt bij het zwieren een hels lawaai ( gemeld aan de eigenaar ).
