Sehr nette Vermieter. Sehr schönes Appartment mit großem Balkon und Blick auf das Meer in aller erster Reihe. Auch aus beiden Schlafzimmern kann man auf das Meer schauen. Es gibt auch noch einen zweiten kleinen Balkon von einem Schlafzimmer aus, auf den dann auch noch die späte Abendsonne scheint. Küche und Wohnraum sind gut und funktional. Alles da was man braucht. Sauberes Bad mit Dusche. Schlüssel liegt in einem kleinen Schlüsseltresor. Der Code hierfür wurde mir per WhatsApp übermittelt. Die Anweisungen hierfür wurden sogar mit Bilder aufgezeigt, also alle perfekt. Es gibt auch einen kleinen hydraulischen Lift im Haus. In der Wintersaison stehen genügend Parkplätze vor dem Haus zur Verfügung. Es sind einige Restaurantes und Bars fußläufig zu erreichen, auch in den Ort kann man gut laufen, entweder am Strand oder auf der Straße 20-25min.
Eigentlich gibt es nichts auffällig negatives. Es muss aber jedem klar sein das dies kein Luxusappartment ist und natürlich auch schon Gebrauchsspuren hat.

La ubicación, sin duda es un lugar perfecto para relajarse.
El frigorífico estaba viejo y oxidado, un sitio donde guardas comida no debería estar así ya que da mala impresión.
