This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 550 sq. ft. The residence has a communal pool, is right on the beach and is steps from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)

- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.

This property was serviceable. Proximity to center city was good, as well as general environment, and the neighborhood is quiet. Security also is good. Fabio and his spouse deserve special appreciation for finding a place last minute. They are highly responsive and turnaround time for communication was excellent. Enrico, who met us on arrival, also was good.. The apartment itself is pretty drab, not unlike many places in the DR. Although oceanfront, there is no real beach as the shoreline is a reef. The pool is great. There is (or was if not changed) a photo of a very modern exterior at the end of the building. Most of the building exterior is fine, but not as modern looking as the photo. One criticism is that the living room fan almost touches the current rod, creating some risk to fingers if you try to close them while the fan is on.
