About this apartment rental
This brand new one bedroom / one bathroom apartment of 66 sqm (677 sqf), located on the second floor in a 3-storey building, has a spacious terrace off the living area and an open floor plan.
It is located in the “Infiniti Blu” residence, right on the “Playa Imbert” private beach (El Batey), yet only 2 minutes’ walk from the entertainment area of Sosua and all its clubs, restaurants, bars, shops etc. - no vehicle needed for anything!
Standard occupancy is 2 people, but a kid (below 12 years old) can comfortably sleep on the sofa in the living room.
The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody without any additional fee, respecting the maximum overnight capacity of 2 adults per bedroom, but make sure to register your guests before midnight).
Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence. Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).
Facilities include private parking, 2 sparkling swimming pools, private beach. The property manager is available on-site, while we are always reachable by email or phone for any issue.
As will all flats in the Infiniti Blu residence, features and amenities include:

Several other condos are available in the same residence (for example p3945941, p3970167, p4284778). Massive discounts can be offered during the low season, and according to other parameters (number of guests, duration of stay etc.)
The typical routine of the residents is: starting the day with a cappuccino at the in-house beach bar, then taking a dip in one of two sparkling pools and relax in the spacious outdoor Jacuzzi. After a copious lunch (cooked in your fully-equipped kitchen or in one of the nearby restaurants), enjoying the tourist attractions in the Sosua/Puerto Plata area (colonial fortress, Jewish museum, Monkey jungle with zip line and shooting range, Brugal rum factory etc.), then returning to the residence to sunbathe and swim on the warm, sunny private beach; in the evening, hitting the entertainment area with all its club, restaurants, bars etc. (2 minutes’ walk) and finally coming back to sleep in the silence of the residence (double glazed windows will even cancel possible noises of birds, waves etc.). Sounds like a plan!

Just spent five nights. Infinity Blu is a wonderful compound in Sosua; unusually well-maintained, nice staff. The unit is the furthest from water and closest to the street -- but it's still set back from it. I think the location is built into the price, and it's just a 3 minute walk to the image you seen in the unit advertisement -- it really is as gorgeous as it looks here -- so no big deal. (Also, there isn't a beach, but there is easy access to the ocean for swimming and I saw someone on the staff help a resident bring the facility's kayak into the ocean for some sunset paddling.) I understand it's pretty empty in the off-season, as it was for most of my stay.
Enrique was punctual meeting me arriving and leaving. I only used the fan and no a/c, TV, etc. so the electric bill for the entire time I was there was $6.
Something I really appreciated was the large bottle of water w. the pump for drinking. You really can just show up and don't need to worry about anything. I hope to be able to visit again.

Infiniti Blu is a lovely, safe, property on the edge of Sosua. With two pools and lush plantings, it’s a perfect place to sit by the pool and relax. Our condo accommodations were confirtable and very clean. We especially loved the infinity pool at the ocean’s edge with shade and beautiful views. Would recommend for couples and families. The beach at the complex washed away in 2018, but there are beaches nearby.

Infinity Blu was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. A beautiful, clean, modern unit, paired with lovely grounds, great amenities, and caring staff and management made for a great vacation for me. I am an older woman traveling alone, and stayed at Infinity Blue for almost three weeks. I must say, I could not have had a better time. I always felt safe and secure there, as they have a very good security staff. If you need anything during your stay, simply ask, and it will be taken care of. Both pools were clean and well maintained, as were the grounds and buildings. You could not find a better place to stay in Sosua. I will be returning next year, I am sure.
