You won't have to lift a finger in this condo; even the balcony table has holes so you don't have to hold your drink while taking in the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. There is tile through the condo and lush carpet in the bedroom. The main living area of this unit is surrounded by big mirrors giving the space a much larger feel. There are TVs, DVD player, and a stereo to enjoy if you can get away from the balcony view. The kitchen has all the amenities you need. A full-size side by side refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove and plenty of utensils making mealtime a breeze. There are enough pots and pans to create a meal and enjoy it outside or on the glass table. Perch at the bar, then gather for meals at the dining table.

This property was beautiful and upgraded. It definitely met our expectations and we would stay here again. The only thing that it needed was blackout curtains in the bedroom!

Of course the view is the best part, but we all couldn’t sit in balcony together without bringing chairs from inside out. Only 2 chairs on balcony, no lounger as says in description. No broom to sweep up sand, no scissors, no extra blankets or pillows, only supplied 6 towels for 4 people, so had to wash everyday. But the biggest issue was the sofa sleeper being broken. Obviously housekeeping hadn’t even took it out and looked at it because the whole end was broken down and several springs were missing as well. We had to work for a couple hours to just get it to go back in the sofa so we could even sit on it. We reported as soon as we discovered at 5:30 (cannot check in until 4, so I thought that was pretty fast for us to discover). No call back. Received a text at 9:40pm stating the ticket came in at 6, which is an hour after they go home. No apology at all. Never mind it had been 4 hours since I called and told them. I felt as if she was saying it was our fault for not telling them at 4:00. They did at least bring an air up mattress since we were counting on the sleeper sofa for 2 people to be able to sleep on.
