It is Located on the edge of a residential area of high level, surrounded by greenery on a hill tens feet above sea level.
This location combined with its low population density of the air, make it a place, quiet, silent, and fresh; ideal for a relaxing beach holiday
The Villa is just a few kilometers from important cities of Calabria (Catanzaro, Soverato) and close to historical and archaeological sites such as the archaeological park of Scolacium,the remains of the Byzantine cathedral of Roccelletta, the Norman castle of Squillace..
Villa is on two floors with a total of 400 sqm, fully furnished, sleeps 10, 5 room, 5 bathroom, approx 3000 sqm garden, large roof terrace.
For hilltop location and the infrequency of public transportation is strongly recommended to use the machine's own or rented. The machine is the only way that enables you to enjoy the beauty of this piece of Calabria offers.

At the costs listed must be added the cost of consumption of light and water, calculated by meter reading at check-in, check-out, and the laundry.
The costs are the following:
Light 0.60 € per kw / h
Water = 2 € per cubic
Linen (lensuola and towels) = 10 € per person (NOT MANDATORY WHY is ALLOWED TO BRING ITS)

E' stato bello trascorrere in questa magica terra 15 giorni.
La casa è in una posizione ideale per visitare quanto di più bello vi sia sulla costa Ionica della Calabria. Luca è stato un ospite squisito sempre molto disposto a venirci incontro su qualsiasi problema o darci utili consigli sulle amenità del luogo.
Vorremmo tanto poter tornare.
Very pleasant stay by Luca and family. Beautiful piece of land the one we visited: the Calabrian Ionic Coast.
Luca and his parents were always willing to help us out and to give us the best support.
