Host met us to let us in and had already send many links ahead of time to help us plan our stay. He was very responsive and personable - spoke both English and Italian. The property is perfectly located, though our apartment was in the back and had no lake view. The beds were comfortable and the shower was strong and lots of hot water. Location is perfect to walk to the lake front, into the small downtown. There is parking (though if there are other guests with cars, it's difficult to maneuver in the small parking area - but there is plenty of street parking available too). We had a nice covered patio where we spent most of our time because it was quite chilly inside. Washing machine and drying rack were available (though no detergent).

We weren't prepared for how cold the inside of the house would be. We arrived at the height of the summer when even the Lorica area was in the 30s and we couldn't get it to go above 22 in the house even with doors and windows open. There were double down comforters on the beds to it was warm to sleep, but no top sheets, so it was either hot or cold. There were spiderwebs and cobwebs in the corners and lots of bugs came in (to be expected - you're in the middle of the woods), but they all died. We think maybe it was so hot outside and so cold inside it shocked theirs systems? The kitchen was well stocked with a pan and two pots but there were a few things that would have been helpful: a sharper knife to cut with, a wooden spoon to cook with, and another rag (we only had 1). We were provided dish soap and sponge, but no bathroom items except toilet paper, not even hand soap. There is a padel center next door which means sometimes you have folks right at your patio edge playing but also they leave their lights on all night so it's a big bright (though the host did hand a privacy curtain which helped). The bathroom door isn't hung straight so so you couldn't close it - fine for family or a couple, but could be awkward depending on the group

Struttura abbastanza nuova e tenuta benissimo, con ampi spazi e varie comodità, calda e pulita. Stupenda la veranda con il giardino innevato, è stato magico! Posizione perfetta, abbiamo raggiunto tutto a piedi (lago, locali) e la ski area è a 5 min di macchina. L’host è stato gentilissimo e attento alle nostre necessità, disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta.
