Experience ultimate serenity in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere while the gorgeous panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico will wash all your worries away.
Upon entering this lovely third-floor condo, you will feel immediately at home with the warm, updated décor and welcoming atmosphere. The primary suite features an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub. The guest bedroom and a second suite are located near the entrance, and both include a TV for endless entertainment, along with a private bathroom. Enjoy a private north balcony attached to the second suite as well, boasting spectacular views of Old River, the Intracoastal Waterway, and Perdido Key.
There is also an in-home washer/dryer, allowing you to pack lightly to leave plenty of space for souvenirs. The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, utensils, appliances, and cookware needed to create your favorite meals. Two ice makers are in the fridge, perfect for keeping your drinks cold on the beach. Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October.

We really enjoy the condo itself, very well designed and decorated. We had great views from the balcony. Beds were very comfortable and loved that each room had its own bathroom! However, the parking and entry to the building was lacking. There are a very limited number of parking spaces, so the overflow is across a busy street. And the lobby area to access the elevators is so cramped. Check in time was a bit of a nightmare with everyone trying to get their stuff in the building and into the elevators. That expert alone may keep me from staying here again.

This is by far one of my favorite places to stay, especially with a group of friends. The condo is in a perfect location, well appointed, clean, and the floor plan is perfect. We are already planning our next visit!

This condo was beautifully decorated had all the conveniences of home. You can sit and enjoy the view of the pool or beach from your room. You could walk to several eating establishments but were still far enough away from the hustle and bustle . If you are looking for a family friendly place that is both beautiful and in a great location this is it!

The condo is very clean, seems newly renovated, had plenty of linens, and the kitchen had everything you needed. The only complaint in the condo itself was that there are no blackout curtains in the master bedroom. With the big windows, my husband I were up with the sun at about 6am everyday. Not a huge deal, but it would be a nice update to have blackout curtains for those that want to sleep in.
The downsides were more external issues. The condo building has only two elevators so there were frequently long lines especially at check-in/check-out times. This was very frustrating at check-in trying to get our stuff to the room. My husband ended up just taking everything up the stairs. With the condo being on just the 3rd floor, we often just took the stairs, though this could be an issue for someone with mobility issues. Also, the beach front that this property facilitates seems to be too small for the size of the condo building. The beach chairs were stacked in rows of three, and we never made it to the front row even after a week long stay. We kept thinking we would eventually move up, but we only ever made it to the second row which was a bit difficult with small children. Also, the no-smoking rule was not enforced at the pool or the beach even though it is clearly posted everywhere. I was pregnant on this trip, so this factor, along with our small children, made this a frequent annoyance.
