Patio balcony door extremely hard to open, walls and baseboards need painting, rust on oven door, needs a good deep cleaning all over.

We had a great time and loved the spaciousness of the condo. Very easy to get from your room to the beach without any trouble. The views from the balcony were amazing.

Excellent unit. Clean, well kept. Best sunset views in Perdido Key from the wrap around balcony. Would recommend. We plan to rebook next year.

My stay was 21 nights. The balconies on 3 sides is unique. You get views of the Gulf, city and lagoon from the 18th floor and incredible views of the sunsets. The 4 smart TV's had Roku sticks and I could easily stream anything. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. You have every comfort of home.
