This bright and beachy condo offers a comfortable setting to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. Other features include an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The newly renovated main bathroom includes a walk-in shower with beautifully tiled walls and floor plus a granite seat. A separate sink and vanity area complete the main bathroom. The main bedroom and the living room have televisions and DVD players for entertainment enjoyment. Perdido Sun offers additional amenities including a fitness center, an indoor and an outdoor pool, and direct beach access.
Things to know:
The indoor pool is now open again. Please note only three (3) people can be in the hot tub at any given time due to social distancing.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I love the friendly staff and the ease of check in and check out. I absolutely love Perdido sun 1106. It's clean, comfortable and the view is Amazing! I can't wait for my next visit.

This rental is in a perfect location if you never want to truly leave Perdido Key. It’s located right across from Jellyfish, Paul’s Pizza, The Islander, and Pedro’s Mexican right down the street! Great for an anniversary trip! The room was just the right size for us, however might be a tad cramped for a family of 4. Beautiful ocean view, great view of the sunset in the evening. Fast elevators, no major issues at all! Would definitely recommend this unit, and hope to return in the future!
