Condo is completely updated with new furnishings, coastal chic decor and an updated kitchen. Guests will enjoy Perdido Sun’s incredible amenities including two boardwalks over the dunes to 200+ feet of white sandy beachfront, beach service, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, exercise room, beachfront grill area, WiFi and cable TV, and a lobby staffed during working hours.
The living area has features two comfortable sofas (including a queen sleeper with new gel foam mattress), dining table for six, comfy bunk alcove with two twin beds and a flat screen smart TV and DVD player. The kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare gourmet meals! When you are ready for a good night's rest, the master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, a flat screen TV and a DVD player. Washers and dryers are available by the 1st floor lobby for guest use.

This condo was perfect I enjoyed the condo’s interior design and balcony with its beautiful ocean view. It has a pool both inside and out, A hot tub and perfect beach access The location is great with food and shopping located across the street

Our stay was fabulous with a great view!Weather was fantastic to watch the dolphins and The Blue Angels from the deck.Enjoyed the easy walk to the beach and area restaurants.The condo was fully equipped for dining in and having a relaxing dinner on the patio overlooking the beach.The king size bed was super comfortable. The furniture was also very welcoming for those nights staying in watching a movie.We will be back in 2026!
