Es ist eine sehr ruhige Lage in einem Wohngebiet und somit kein Strassenlärm oder Ähnliches. Der Parkplatz war direkt vor der Eingangstür zur Wohnung und somit best möglich.

sehr netter Vermieter, ruhige Lage, Parkplatz vor dem Haus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Bäcker, Supermarkt und Lademöglichkeit für E Auto in der Nähe (ca 400m) ca. 25 min zu Fuß bis in die Altstadt. Ideal für 2 Personen, 3 (ausklappbares Schlafsofa) gehen aber auch.

Gemütlich eingerichtete kleine Wohnung, gute Betten, WLAN vorhanden, kleine Anrichte,um Kleinigkeiten zu kochen, Fernseher in Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer, ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter, sehr gute Sauberkeit, ruhige Wohnlage, verkehrstechnisch gut gelegen
Kann man nicht verbessern, aber die Treppe ist sehr steil - Gehbehinderte haben es etwas schwerer
