- Pool heating is available (Winter only) for $50/day and must cover your full length of stay — just request it at least 7 days before check-in. It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature.

- Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered.

- Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way.

- Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies.
- Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families.
- No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds.
- This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level.
- We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.
Booking Requirements
- Lead guest must be 21 or older.
- A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation
- Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.
- Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.)

This was a great property and much bigger in person than it looks from the outside. The area was nice and quiet with shops / restaurants close by and more being built. Easy access to the 192 if travelling to parks / airport etc. The master bedroom has a lovely outlook onto ‘real Florida’ and a bonus is you can see the 9pm fireworks from Magic Kingdom nightly. Would definitely stay again.

Upon arrival everything seemed very nice. Paid in advance $700 for pool heat and it was not heated. Only able to contact Angel through email. 4 days straight sent him messages that the pool was cold. He stated it would take 36 to 48 hours, Then he said 24 to 36 hours. I paid in advance it should have been warm when I arrived. When we sent a picture of a thermometer showing the temp at 64 degrees and saying I was calling VRBO he finally said that someone would be right out. Took another day as it required a service tech. Did receive $70 refund. I do not feel that was sufficient for the amount of time it took to resolve this issue. Reached into the cabinet for coffee cups and they had dried coffee rings in them. Went to server dinner and the dinner plates were greasy. Sat on the patio and there was broken glass that had to be cleaned up. Property sleeps six. We were there for a month, 4 people joined for a week. We had a TOTAL of 6 bath towels, 6 hand towels and no wash cloths or dish cloths. We had to purchase extra bath towels or do laundry everyday. The starter set for the kitchen consisted of a sponge the size of 2 postage stamps. Hand soap for the bathrooms was so small you could wash your hands once. Stepping into the shower the 1st time about fell as the shower pan is so slick. Furniture so low very hard on bad knees, uncomfortable. The hot tub jets at the club house never worked. Would not stay here again.
