perfect stay
It is the most beautiful place we've ever stayed in our booking.com history. This place is like you find your home in Umbria. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining room and living room invite you to spend relaxing time and enjoying moments with family and friends. Nice pictures on the walls, a beautiful chess game, comfy sofas. Outside you'll find a gorgeous swimming pool, terases and places where you cand have a coffee, or a glass of wine. There is also a barbeque area - with all facilities. The house is between olive trees and wines. And if you consider that you've seen that before, just wait to see the sunset! For us was like a gift. Massimo, our host, was so helpful to present the highlights for Umbria treasures, all the time answered in a moment, with good recommendation! And besides charming little towns, we discover the people from Umbria – i.e. Macelaria Gianni from Guardea – good food, special meat from their farm, beautiful family. I have to mention also the olive oil La Palombara – top quality. We enjoyed our visit in Umbria and we should comeback in the future as we still have more places to discover. La Palombara it’s my first choice for next trip in Umbria.

Great villa
We really enjoyed our stay on this domain! * Great house for 6 adults and 6 kids * Nice floors in smooth natural stone * Musquito nets in all windows * Two covered terrasses * A normal kitchen inside and a second kitchen with barbecue outside, which is a great added value * Large pool with amazing view on the surrounding hills, and a lot of chairs * A lot of privacy due to the large domain * Two covered parking spots * Easy communication with the friendly host, who lives in the village nearby
* There can be some agricultural machines in the vicinity in the morning; it is an active grape and olive farm after all * If you are a group of 12, then 1 couple will sleep in a separate house, not in the main building * One bedroom in the main house is only accessible through an external door
