Highly Recommended Chalet

The chalet is well furnished and the layout is well though of. The size of the chalet is perfect. The manager of the chalet was responsive and kind. I would come again if I have a big group.

The road access to the chalet is steep and the steps to access the chalet are alot. The toilet in the master bedroom could have been better if it had a door. Internet was week, but I think it was temporary issue.

Amazing luxurious chalet with beautiful views

This is the most amazing chalet. Beautifully furnished and a lovely balcony the whole length of the Chalet with wonderful views. Lovely bedrooms and great open plan living area. We were a large group including three little children but we absolutely felt we were not on top of each other, plenty of space. Will definitely return when we go back to this area. Everything you could think of as well in the kitchen.

- الإطلالة استثنائية و رائعة - مرافق كاملة و تجهيز فوق الوصف - ستجد كل شيء تحتاجه و كل شيء لا تحتاجه 🙂 - المطبخ نظيف جداً و تجهيزاته مذهلة - غرفة غسيل الملابس اكثر من ممتازة - غرفة المعدات الرياضية تفي بالغرض و أكثر - حجم و سعة الشاليه و عدد غرفة رائعة - الواقع أجمل من الصور بكثييييييير - سهولة تسجيل الدخول

- كحال اغلب شاليهات المنطقة لا يوجد تكييف يوجد فقط مراوح لتلطيف المكان . - وجود شباك العنكبوت في بعض الأماكن المتفرقة - ارضية الشرفات تحتاج إلى تنظيف بسيط - تصريف أماكن الاستحمام للمياه سيء جداً جداً - اماكن الاستحمام يطفوا فيها شعر من النزلاء السابقين و بعض الحشرات - نوعية الصابون و الشامبو في دورات المياه متوسطة الجودة - الوسائد غير مريحة ابداً و الأسرة متوسطة الراحة - يصعب الوصول للموقع عن طريق برنامج الخرائط - وجود شخص ساكن في جناح معزول اسفل الشاليه مع أن الحجز كان مكتوب فيه " الشاليه بالكامل " ، و لكن تم تبرير وجوده بأنه يعمل في الصيانة و سيكون وجوده هادئ و غير مؤثر ، و مع ذلك استضاف عائلة لمدة يومين و كانت اصواتهم مزعجة صباحاً و جلوسهم في الحديقة لم يوفر لنا الخصوصية كما كنا نطمح . - الشركة التي تقوم بصيانة حديقة الشاليه استخدموا مكائن قص العشب في وقت مبكر من الصباح و كانوا مزعجين جداً - احدى السيدات من فريق التنظيف لم تكن مهذبة ابداً و دخلوا الشاليه أثناء وجودنا فيه بحجة تأخرنا في الخروج 15 دقيقة ( من حقهم محاسبتنا كما يريدون على كل دقيقة في التأخير ، ولكن طريقة دخولهم و فظاظتهم غير مقبولة )

Zeer comfortabele chalet, spijtig van de steile steeg

De chalet is heel ruim en groot genoeg voor 10 personen. Het is heel mooi gemeubleerd en van top tot teen volledig uitgerust met het nodige. Toffe attenties voor de gasten zoals een fles wijn en kaas van Grindelwald. Open haard was heel aangenaam met voldoende brandhout. Er was steeds voldoende warm water aangewezg en de chalet was steeds warm.

De steile smalle weg naar de chalet wordt nergens in de omschrijving expliciet beschreven. 3 van de 4 wagens, waarvan 2 met sneeuwkettingen konden de steile weg niet op. Enkel de wagen met vierwielaandrijving raakte boven. Dit was een zeer onaangename verassing bij aankomst wetende dat alle valiezen en 10 personen naar boven moesten. Eens boven, zijn er nog trappen naar de chalet dus heel zwaar om in en uit te laden. De eerste 3 dagen van onze reis was de baan volledig ondergesneeuwd dus waren we verplicht om 3 wagens beneden te laten. De weg was zeer glad en gevaarlijk om te wandelen. Wees voorbereid en boek niet indien uw wagen niet correct uitgerust is. De omschrijving op Booking.com klopt niet wat betreft de kamers en badkamers waarbij er staat dat 5 van elk aanwezig is. Er is 1 kamer en 1 badkamer in de kelder, 2 slaapkamers en 1 badkamer op de gelijkvloers en 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers op de 1ste verdieping. 1 kamer op de bovenverdieping heeft 2 aparte bedden.
