The Space:

This 1,328 sq. ft. two-story townhome offers a comfortable, family-friendly stay in West Lucaya Village Resort. The home features Disney-themed décor, an open-plan layout, and convenient access to Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining, and entertainment.



Located just a 12-minute drive from the Walt Disney World Resort complex and other popular Orlando attractions, the townhome is also within a five-minute drive of major retailers such as Walmart and Target, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, cafes, and outlet malls. Guests also have access to the resort’s shared amenities, including a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness room, game room, playroom, lounge areas, and business center.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The townhome comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across three bedrooms:



• Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): King bed with a private ensuite bathroom and TV

• Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): King bed with TV and access to a shared hall bathroom

• Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): Two double beds with access to the shared hall bathroom



Living, Dining & Kitchen

The open-plan main living area features comfortable seating and Disney-themed décor, creating a welcoming space to relax together. The dining area seats six, while the fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, blender, and dishwasher for added convenience.



Good To Know

Free Wi-Fi and cable TV are available throughout the home, with cable TV provided in all bedrooms. Laptop-friendly workspaces are also available. A washer and dryer are provided for guest use.



Please note: This short-term rental cannot be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home during your stay.

Free on-site parking is included, and you'll be within easy driving distance of Orlando's major attractions, outlet malls, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Orlando International Airport is approximately 35 minutes away. For the best experience exploring the area, we recommend having a rental car.

What You'll Find When You Arrive

• Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered.



Good to Know Before You Arrive

• Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way.



House Guidelines

• Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.

• No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies.

• Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families.

• No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds.

• This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level.

• We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.



Booking Requirements

• Lead guest must be 21 or older.

• A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation

• Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.

• Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.)



Safety & Damages

• Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only.

• Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.
