Fabulous 4 Bd New Home 10 Minutes far from Disney

Our stay was very comfortable and convenient. The location is excellent with close proximity to Disney parks, restaurants, Target, etc. Property was plenty big enough for our family of 4 with bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. The condo was relatively clean however I would suggest cleaning the bathroom vents which were quite fuzzy. There are a few maintenance issues that could be fixed up: several drawers off of the tracks (fall out when you pull them out), kitchen chairs are very wiggly so bolts likely need tightening, and the whole place could use a little updating which is why I gave the listing three stars as it said “Nee” which made me think it was new, which it is not. With a few upgrades and fixes as mentioned, this would be a perfect place to stay. Overall, our stay was comfortable and convenient.

We had a wonderful stay with a great layout and plenty of room for everyone. Easy access to Disney parks.

I always depend on reviews when booking on VRBO, so I try to be honest and fair when leaving my own review.Pros:• Mr. Thyssen is quick to respond to communication from his guests.• The location is fantastic if you are planning to visit any of the Disney Parks (about 20 minutes in traffic).• The neighborhood is gated and quiet.• There is a community pool very close to this unit.• The condo is spacious. There was plenty of room for our family of 8.• There are many restaurants and grocery stores nearby.• We no longer have young children, but there were multiple strollers, car seats (boosters), and a portable crib in the closet for guests to use.Cons:• A silly detail, but there were no oven mitts or hot pads in the kitchen. Also, the only spoons in the flatware drawer were very large (especially for children).• The condo is due for a “facelift”… Things are beginning to look a bit tired and worn (new paint, carpet, bedding, minor repairs, etc.).I hope this helps as you plan your own vacation! We had a blast!
