Dock Holiday is a 2,073 sq ft, fully remodeled ranch style home that is located in a unique friendly neighborhood and sits right on the canal.
This home is a clean and beautifully furnished Pine Knolls Shores Vacation Rental that has an open floor plan for plenty of entertainment. WiFi, cable and outdoor shower. A street legal golf cart is available with this vacation rental for a small fee. Bring your furry family to enjoy this time with you.
This quaint ranch home is secluded and very private home and is shaded by maritime forest and is part of the Pine Knolls Shores Association. Dock Holiday has one king size bed, one queen size bed and two double beds, as well as plenty of open space for extra air mattresses if needed.
The open concept allows for cooking and visiting with family and friends at the same time. There is plenty of room on the deck and lower patio to enjoy the outdoor setting by cooking on the grill or just enjoying the fresh air. Begin or end your day by relaxing and reading a book in the amazing sunroom, while watching boats drift by on the canal. Then go jump in your boat at your very own boat dock and take a cruise out into the beautiful sound and watch an amazing sunset. This home is a boaters dream.
The large garage has plenty of room to store your bikes, kayaks or other outdoor equipment you may bring for an enjoyable vacation. No bikes or kayaks? Rental of both is available at many places on the island. With your own dock, it is very easy to put the kayaks in and out.

This home is adorable. A spacious ranch nestled in a quiet neighborhood. PNS is a gem of a beach! We enjoyed the enclosed back porch overlooking the sound. Loved that we could bring our dog!! We enjoyed riding the golf cart throughout the side streets. Fun trip!

We had a great stay at this property. Finding nice accommodations that are dog friendly can be a struggle, however this property provided all that we needed. Having the golf cart to use for beach trips was also a favorite of our child. Would definitely recommend this house and we are likely to return some day.

This house is absolutely beautiful and so relaxing yet fun to be in! My friends and I enjoyed the stay so very much and really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and bedrooms, bathrooms etc. All-Clad pans? Wow, had never seen that in a rental! It is clear that the owners took great care to make the house very comfortable and a pleasure to be in.This was by far one of the BEST houses I have stayed at, at all levels. The design of the house is beautiful and functional. LOVED the deck and the sunroom, it's such a lovely extension of the house. Would love to stay there again!
