Communication with host was great and they were especially accommodating for our last minute trip request with young children. Home was perfect distance to beach and great for fishing with the canal. We didn’t catch anything but kids had a blast! House was extremely clean and updated. Wonderful all around! Would stay again!

Visited for an October race and had a great time. We stayed at this home previously and enjoyed it just as much this time. Convenient location and just a short walk to the ocean. Cooler weather, quieter, and driving around in a golf cart made for a fun time. Certainly would repeat next time we’re in OIB.

This house is exceptional. Beds are super comfortable which is key for us. Landscaping is beautiful and there are many outdoor areas in both shade and sun with plenty of seating. Home is well stocked with plenty of kitchen dishes, pots, pans, gadgets, spices, coffee pots, the works! Great dock to park our boat on a beautiful canal with exceptional sunsets. Couldn't ask for more. LeeAnn was super quick to answer any questions we had before arriving. We will definitely book here again!

The house and host are great. The house was super clean and well-provisioned. Beautiful fenced-in back yard. Plenty of chairs for the beach. We highly recommend this house.
