The house was great and we loved the views and ability to open up the living room to the outdoor area. Beds very comfortable and great neighbors. Parking is an issue with 12 people, the pool is not very convenient or useful but the proximity to the the beach makes up for it Overall great experience

This is such a nice condo, and we enjoyed our stay. Everything is how presented in the photos, but our pool was not full. It was about 3/4 full of water. A maintenance man told us that is how they keep it, but he didn’t offer an explanation. The rooftop deck is very nice! We enjoyed the location and proximity to the beach: only steps away!
However, while we were there, we called the management company daily. They were wonderful and responded very quickly to our needs. The first call was about the elevator! It stopped working, and a couple of family members were stuck for a short time. Then the ice maker wasn’t working, and they worked on it. They brought a couple of bags of ice for us. The ice maker did begin working, but it doesn’t produce a large amount of ice each day. The elevator was worked on three times during our stay.
The biggest problem was the air conditioner! The only floor that worked was the second floor and part of the third floor. They brought us portable air conditioners and box fans. The portable air conditioners were not possible in the living area because of the size of the windows. We used these for the entire week because it was not repaired during our stay. It was very miserable for everyone, but especially for the oldest and youngest members of our family.
While this was a terrible problem, we were still able to enjoy our time on the beach.
Thanks to the management team’s negotiations, we received a partial refund.
