We struggle to find the words that would do the justice to this place!
Extremely easy self check-in with thorough explanation given well in advance. Secure parking, very well organized establishment. The room was excellent, nicely done, clean, spacious with comfy bed. Bathroom well equipped. We had enough options to store our moto gear. They have a Caffe on the premises with very good choices for food and drinks. The waitress was exceptional!

Very good room, breakfast, service.
Instructions and warnings were a little too rough (almost "military" style). The view was just "industrial".

We only stayed one night without breakfast.
Complementary coffee and tea are available in the lobby. Tea kettel and glasses in the room and one bottle of water.
Free parking with a barrier and plenty of light.
Very efficient, with a minimum of staff.
One of the owners was very nice and friendly.
It is very close to the city center, but I would have felt very uncomfortable walking in the night since close to the hotel was pretty dark.
No elevator if you can not walk the stairs.

A superb host, really friendly and helpful. Very comfortable and large room. Easy automatic check-in at night. Very good communication before and during the stay. Highly professional staff. Very good value for really quite a luxurious room. Free and very good coffee in the lobby.
Nothing. it is 15 minute walk to the centre of town but that was not a problem and it is a safe walk at night. Breakfast fine if a little bit limited, but nothing to complain about.
