J'ai tout aimé ! - l'emplacement : l'appartement est très bien situé, près de tous les monuments à voir, de tous les commerces et commodités - le confort : l'appartement est très bien équipé, il y a un lit king-size , tout l'équipement qu'il faut pour cuisiner, un lave-linge, la climatisation... - l'accueil d'Alvaro qui a été adorable avec nous, il a été très arrangeant et a répondu à toutes nos questions d'une manière hyper réactive - l'accueil également des femmes de ménage qui ont été très gentilles Bref, un emplacement idéal, parfait pour une famille, un couple... Si nous revenons à Séville, je relouerai cet appartement !

Very responsive and helpful hosts, new and clean amenities, great location in the middle of the old town. Great beds. The vacuum cleaner was there, which was very useful for us to keep the place clean during our stay.

L'appuntamento è perfetto. È nel pieno centro pedonale di siviglia, in una vietta traversa. Il che permette di avere tutto a portata di mano, senza rumore la notte. Le foto rappresentano perfettamente lo stato dell'appartamento. È ben arredato, adatto a tutte le necessità possibili, e ben climatizzato. Si vede che è stato ben pensato. L'host, Alvaro, è stato fantastico! Sempre presente e disponibile. Abbiamo avuto un problema e lui non ha esitato ad aiutarci subito. Lo consiglio vivamente!!

Fabulous, clean and modern apartment! Greta location, right on a cobbled (traffic-free) street in the middle of the central shopping district and with 10 min walk to all key sites (Cathedral, Real Alcazar, Setas) and with many bars/ restaurants within 2-3 minutes walk Ample storage in both bedrooms to unpack clothes Kitchen small but well stocked Apartment has a dishwasher, washing machine and clothes drying stand, so very useful for slightly longer stays too The host is very friendly and available on WhatsApp, and leaves enough dishwasher tabs/bin bags/ cleaning supplies/ soap/ shampoo so you don’t have to go rushing to buy these things

Nothing to not like! The only thing to mention is that the living room and second bedroom (visible just behind sofa in the pictures) overlook a small but bustling shopping street so it can be a bit noisy. However the first bedroom is very quiet
