naprosto klidná lokalita, klid na soustředění a na práci, neuvěřitelně tiší sousedé, dostupnost jak cyklostezek, tak i centrum města, bezproblémové parkování zdarma v jakoukoli hodinu, velmi milá a vstřícná paní domácí, vždy reagovala na sms ihned.
