* communication could be improved. We used Booking app to communicate and there was no response. Not everyone has ability to communicate via SMS if they are a foreigner. They seemed kind of put out that we were waiting in their yard. We wanted to drop off bags as we were cycling and didn’t want to take them into Kromeriz. It wasn’t like we arrived at 9 am. It was only 1.5 hours before scheduled check in and I did message them hours before.
