Dobry kontakt z właścicielem obiektu i bezproblemowe zameldowanie. Dogodna i spokojna lokalizacja, piękny widok z balkonu na zachody słońca. Bliżej morza już się nie da 🙂 Możliwość przyjechania z psem. Dobrze wyposażony apartament. Duże łóżko w sypialni.Miejsce w podziemnym garażu wliczone w cene. Polecam.
Przytrafiła się usterka narożnika w salonie(brak śrub w prowadnicach skutkowało wypadaniem wysuwanej części łóżka ). Usterkę udało się usunąć samodzielnie.

Lokalizacja niby z widokiem na morze ale centralnie to z pokoju widać aktualnie plac budowy
Czystość dość powierzchowna. Firanki nieprane od miesięcy i kurz za szafkami nocnymi. Ustawienie mebli w pokoju powinno być odwrotne tzn. kanapa na przeciwnej ścianie by choć odrobinę było widać morze, a nie..... telewizor:(
