The location was great, next to the beach and with the sea view from the balcony. The appartement was really well prepared for guests with everything needed, even like iron, toaster, vacuum cleaner and games for kids.

Perfect place for a holiday, we really enjoyed our stay there!

perfect location, very quiet place, new, nice and modern apartments with own parking place under the building, very close to the superb sandy beach, beautiful views from the balcony, fast WiFi.

there was missing washing-machine, clothes-rack and boots-shelve. I have been quite surprised the rooms were rather small especially the free space between bed and wall was only a little.

Blisko Plaża ,Rolety w oknach , podziemny parking .

Pobyt katastrofa – brud, połamane meble, niesprawna deszczownica kałuża wody po każdym prysznicu i brak ogrzewania mimo opłaty. Renters pobrał z konta kwotę inną niż w ofercie Booking, a w prywatnych wiadomościach odmawiali uznania faktu, że zapłaciliśmy za ogrzewanie. Usłyszałem wręcz, że pieniędzy nie odzyskamy i Kaloryfery są wyłączone ponieważ nie a jeszcze okresu grzewczego .Ostatecznie musiałem kupić farelkę, żeby moje dziecko miało ciepło po kąpieli. Firma kompletnie ignoruje klienta – nigdy więcej i nikomu nie polecam.

Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war exclusiv. Die Nähe zum Strand war ebenfalls ganz nach unseren Wünschen. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt.

Vor Reisebeginn wurde von der Unterkunft ein Storno veranlasst, weil die Kreditkarte nicht funktioniert. Das hat nicht gestimmt, denn vor Ort konnte ich sogar mit dieser Karte Brötchen kaufen. Mit einer anderen Karte wurden 107 € mehr abgebucht als vereinbart. Eine Anfechtung war erfolglos. Warmes Wasser gab es nur in der Dusche und einmal am Samstag von 7.30 - 8.00 Uhr am Waschbecken. Geschirrspüler hat nicht geheizt, das Geschirr kam nach der Kaltwäsche schmutzig raus. Für E-Geräte gab es keine Bedienungsanleitungen. In einer Wohnung unter uns kläffte regelmäßig ein Hund. Ich bin in strömenden Regen auf und ab gelaufen, um das Haus 7 E zu finden. Es wäre sehr erfreulich, wenn die Nummer des Hauses am Gebäude angebracht werden würde. Ich würde Booking.com empfehlen, sich von derartigen Angeboten zu verabschieden. Das war meine schlechteste Erfahrung in 20 Jahren Booking.com

Flott ferieleilighet like ved stranden.

Flott beliggenhet rett ved stranden, med egen parkeringsplass i parkeringshus. Det er mulig å kjøpe is og mat fra salgsboder på vei til stranden. Leiligheten er godt utstyrt. God informasjon om nøkkel og pin koder.

Synes det var nesten litt for trangt for to voksne og ett barn. Oppvaskmaskinen og kaffetrakteren trenger en rens. Hodeputer bør også vaskes. Stor gul flekk under toalettet. Hadde ønsket oss noe informasjon om hvor søppel skulle kastes, og hvor inngangen til bygningen var, da vi ankom.

Położenie rewelacja, przestronny apartament, wyposażony we wszystko co niezbędne. Przed sezonem ( koniec czerwca) spokojnie i cicho.

Obsługa poinformowała, że nie ma możliwości wcześniejszego pozostawienia auta (parking podziemny), ale nie wspomniano, że wokół jest wiele dostępnych miejsc parkingowych. Krótka informacja pozwoliłaby uniknąć zbędnego krążenia i parkowania daleko od obiektu.

Drugi raz nie wybiorę tego lokalu. Lokal dla niewymagających.

dobra lokalizacja, blisko plaży, kuchnia schludna (meble) , czysto wewnątrz, dobry widok na morze, dogodny parking.

Pierwsze wrażenie, dziwny zapach przy wejściu. Dało się czuć zapach spalonych papierosów, najwyraźniej poprzednicy palili wewnątrz lokalu (brak wentylacji). Rolety musiały być zamknięte aby upał i gorąco z balkonów nie przedostawało się do lokalu. Brak klimatyzacji co w upalne dni jest nie do zniesienia. Na balkonie mocno zużyte meble tarasowe i szyby, które skutecznie powstrzymują bryzę morską i przewietrzenie tarasu. Na balkonie niechlujnie powieszony baner informujący o sprzedaży lokalu z pozostałościami po taśmie klejącej. Łazienka : - drzwi bez zamknięcia (zepsute), prysznic z widocznymi nalotami (pozostałościami z wielu lat), woda z minimalną regulacją o milimetr - albo zimna, albo gorąca (zepsuta bateria prysznicowa), odpływy zapychają się. Kuchnia : minimalna ilość naczyń (do przetrwania), patelnie ze zdartym teflonem co jest kategorycznym naruszeniem zdrowia, deski do krojenia zużyte a jedna jakby wyciągnięta z wraku morskiego. Ekspres do kawy tylko filtrowy, brak możliwości sterowania zmywarką (zalepione przyciski) . Słabe oświetlenie w lokalu, jedna z lamp rozwalona. Odkurzacz z wypadająca rurą. W ciągach komunikacyjnych oraz w windzie zapach spalin z podziemnego parkingu (słaba wentylacja)

60 Euro mehr abgebucht als vereinbart.

Der Preis der bezahlt werden sollte 336 €, abgebucht wurden 389 (Visa). Ich hatte das Geld auch so bezahlt, aber nicht auf dieser Art. Der Ausblick und alles andere war ok. Starker Rauch vom Nebebgrundstück. Zapłaciłam 60 Euro wiecej niż w umowie.

Für einen Pärchenurlaub wirklich toll!

Das Apartment war sehr modern ausgestattet. Die Nähe zum Strand war phänomenal! Großer Balkon! Alles war man für den Strand braucht, war vorhanden. Problemloses einchecken.

WLAN ging die ersten 5!!! von 7 Tagen nicht! Jeden Tag wurden Emails und Nachrichten ausgetauscht, bis dann mal endlich ein Techniker raus kam. Zumindest war das Personal freundlich! Normales Internet am Handy hat nur auf dem Balkon funktioniert. Meerblick war nur seitlich! Sollte evtl bei der Beschreibung mit beigefügt werden! Nur drei kleine Löffel im Besteckkasten! Das Apartment ist für 4 Personen (wie ausgeschrieben) viel zu klein. Wenn man die Couch ausklappen würde, kann man sich kaum noch bewegen! Zu zweit (wie in unserem Fall) absolut ausreichend. Fernsehsender nur auf Polnisch! Tiefgarage für große Autos nur bedingt vorteilhaft! In der Hochsaison wird es mit dem Platz zum ein und ausparken sehr knapp! Und zu guter Letzt wurden uns 50 Euro zu viel von unserer Visa abgebucht. Angeblich irgendwelche Gebühren! Das werde ich aber noch prüfen lassen!

Pokój z widokiem na cześć rekreacyjna sąsiedniego ośrodka

Spokój, cisza, darmowy parking, bardzo szybka i sprawna obsluga, mega wyposażenie kuchni.

Było niestety trochę minusów -pokój z widokiem na morze - widok jest na sąsiedni ośrodek. Aby zobaczyć morze trzeba było wyjść na taras, a w innych ośrodkach jest to traktowane jako częściowy widok na morze. Rozczarowało nas -pobranie kaucji, bez poinformowania o tym fakcie w żaden sposób, -brak oznaczenia budynku, trzeba było szukać właściwegow konpleksie -brak podjazdu dla wózków (pobyt 2+1) -sporo uszkodzeń w pokoju. W mailach po wyjaśnieniu powodów pobrania pieniędzy na kaucji i prośbach o zgłaszaniu natychmiastowym zauważonych usterek było bardzo dużo usterek. Zgłosiłem pierwsza porysowane drzwi przesuwne, poproszono mnie o zdjęcia i dostałem w odpowiedzi lakoniczny komunikat dziękujemy za zgłoszenie. Na dalsze nie miałem czasu, a były to: 1)uszkodzony mechanizm otwierania drugiego skrzydła drzwi od tarasu, 2)wymioty na ścianie za kanapa i stołem 3) odklejające się okleina od półki 4) żelazko.....nieszczelne żelazko. Przy prasowaniu wylała się woda na ubranko dziecka i nie można go było użyć 5) parking jest darmowy, ale niestety miejsca są bardzo wąskie i często jest ograniczona możliwość parkowania ze względu na infrastrukturę sanitarna lub po prostu słupki belki. Zaparkowałem minivanem i nie mogłem dojechać do końca miejsca, bo nie otworzyłbym ani drzwi przesuwnych bocznych, ani bagażnika. Następnego dnia dostałem od społecznego inspektora kartkę za szybę żeby parkować do końca, ciekawe w jaki sposób wtedy wypakowalbym bagaże i pasażerowie mieliby wysiąść. 6) pralka Electrolux z blokada rodzicielską - po ściągnięcia instrukcji z neta nie dało rady jej uruchomić. Później na forum gdzieś wyczytałem, że może być uszkodzony jakiś moduł. Nie zagłębiałem się.

Po zgłoszeniu uszkodzeń do ktorych należało miedzy innymi zepsuta sofa ktora mąż naprawiał po nocy aby miec gdzie spac a zajmująca się wynajęciem firma w ramach przeprosin podarowała nam -10% zniżki na rezerwację kolejnego pobytu na prywatnej stronie pośrednika...
