Wat een prachtig huis! Het overtrof al onze verwachtingen. Heerlijk zwembad en ligbedden . Veel ruimte om buiten te zitten , ook in de schaduw onder de overkapping. Mooie ruime tuin met oude olijfbomen. Het huis was ook mooi verlicht in de avond. Overal waren lampjes, zelfs het zwembad was verlicht. Binnen een ruime keuken en waren verrast door de aanwezigheid van zoveel lekkers, zodat we geen boodschappen hoefden te doen. Alles was aanwezig tot in het kleinste detail. Heerlijke douche en ruime slaapkamer met goede airco. Veel kastruimte ook. We hebben genoten van het huis, zwembad en het prachtige eiland. Het contact met Ioannis was ook fijn, soms via de app. Hij gaf ons tips over mooie strandjes en restaurants en het eiland.

De soms bochtige, smalle en steile weggetjes op het eiland. Maar mijn man is gelukkig een prima chauffeur. Ik had het niet aangedurft

Nothing really

This was one of the best stays we had in over 13 years of traveling. I don’t even know where to begin. We have never felt at home right from the very first minute as much as here. For starters, it is equipped with pretty much everything you could ever need on vacation. On top, it was probably the cleanest apartment I’ve ever been to and the first one were I was more than happy to put my clothes into the wardrobe because everything smelled fantastic. The sheets are changed regularly and the pool is also maintained every other day by a lovely guy. It is spotless! The place itself is simply stunning with a perfect mix of modern but cozy furniture indoors and outdoors and the traditional charm of a Greek villa. The more than 100 years old olive grove puts your mind at ease while floating in the pool and you will never want to leave. The pool loungers are also very comfortable and you can’t help but take a welcome nap. Normally we’re the type to be out exploring the island till late and going to dinner but here we were debating not even leaving the villa at all. The location is more on the remote side which is exactly what we were looking for, but still it is far from inaccessible. No super steep side road or dirt road to get there and you can reach all the amazing sandy beaches of the island in no time. I do recommend a rental car however. Last but most certainly not least: the incredible hospitality (in the most non-intrusive way) of the hosts and Ioannis. This is what made the stay truly special. The apartment alone is an easy 10/10 but this made it a no-brainer. Thank you!

Having to leave

The most gorgeous villa with everything you need. The private pool was maintained every single day and the actual villa was spacious and so comfortable.

Genuinely, nothing. We can’t wait to book and go back.
