It was a wonderful stay. Kitchen and drawing room were really good. One bedroom was good but the second bedroom was real

Location and cleanliness.

Second bedroom had beds placed in tandem and not side by side because of the narrow shape of the room. Rather unusual and uncomfortable!

Una soluzione perfetta per visitare l'Engadina e il Parco Nazionale

Appartamento grande spazioso e pulito con camere enormi e soggiorno addirittura con camino: bellissimo. Avevamo anche un posto auto coperto, che immagino in inverno sia molto apprezzabile consentendo la preparazione della vettura al riparo e non al gelo della notte. Cucina superattrezzata con lavastoviglie e fornelli in vetroceramica (tenere presente se si vuole portare caffettiere o altro da casa). La casa dista pochi passi dalla stazione di Lavin e a tutte le destinazioni raggiungibili con il treno. Molto comoda la disponibilità inclusa nel soggiorno del pass per treni e bus della zona (Parco Nazionale incluso). Gestione della spazzatura leggermente laboriosa (in Svizzera la differenziata è diversa che da noi) ma qualche sacrificio è indispensabile e facilmente sopportabile.

Il carnet di voucher dei servizi offerti era stato parzialmente utilizzato dai precedenti inquilini per cui non abbiamo potuto valutare tutta l'offerta prevista dall'host (mancavano delle proposte che erano state appunto utilizzate da altri). Per minimizzare o meglio azzerare l'utilizzo dell'auto sarebbe auspicabile che la carta dei servizi di trasporto data in omaggio agli inquilini con più di due notti (come eravamo noi) fosse valida per tutta l'Engadina e non solo per una parte di essa: la limitazione ad esempio ci ha costretto più volte ad usare l'auto per raggiungere le destinazioni della valle non raggiungibili con la carta trasporti.

Die Natur direkt vor der Haustür, und trotzdem perfekt an den ÖV angeschlossen.

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und persönlich eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass es die Ferienwohnung der Familie ist, und nicht ein Renditeobjekt. Also z.B. die Küche hat alles, inklusive Kuchenform und Mixer, die Zimmer haben Schreibtische, so dass man sich auch mal an einem Regentag beschäftigen kann. Die Lage ist perfekt, 2 Minuten vom Volg, Bäcker und Bahnhof entfernt. Die Verwaltung, Engadin Booking, war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar.
