Auf der kleinen Terrasse kann man bei gutem Wetter nett frühstücken und der Hund fühlt sich im Garten(anteil) auch wohl.

Kleine, saubere FeWo für 2 Personen mit kleiner Terrasse und aufgrund des Garten(anteils) auch für Hunde geeignet.
3 Min. mit dem Fahrrad zum Bäcker.
Mit dem Fahrrad kann man an 2 bis 3 Tage die ganze Insel erkunden oder bis nach Wismar hineinfahren.

Leider war die Lüftungsanlage tagsüber soweit nachts dauerhaft sehr laut und störend. Im Sanitärbereich ist der ,,Duschkasten" undicht und jedesmal nach dem Duschen hatte man eine grosse Pfütze im Badezimmer ,das war sehr nervig.
