Clean, nice view, big comfy bed, everything we needed for our 3 night stay, friendly and helpful host.
further away from the beach/town centre than i expected but that can't be helped by the hosts :)

Secluded,rural location ideal for walkers.It has a large terrace with lovely views over to Combe Martin and the sea.There is a walk into Combe Martin from which you can access the South West Coastal Path.It was very clean and well appointed.The hosts Karen and Tony could not have been more helpful or welcoming.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning next year.

The beautiful peaceful location overlooking the hills with uninterrupted views, but close enough for a five minute drive to the beach and local shops.
The steep drive but you get used to it.
