Our stay at this house was nothing short of exceptional. With its expansive layout and numerous rooms, there was more than enough space for our entire group to spread out and enjoy some privacy. The resort's location was also a major plus, providing our young adults and teens with endless opportunities to have fun. The well-appointed kitchen made meal times a breeze, and the perfectly set air conditioning ensured that we always felt comfortable. If you're looking for a property that will exceed your expectations, look no further than this one. It's a definite must-visit!

Pros;We had a great stay & the neighborhood was perfect. Our neighbors had a pool party at night and we didn't mind one bit because we couldn't hear a peep while inside. The house was spotless and kitchen had pots & pans for cooking breakfast. As everyone knows already, you never to buy your own tissue, paper towels etc for the house.
Cons; I almost gave this house 3 stars instead of 4 but couldn't find it in my heart to do so since the hosts were pleasant and easy to work with. My issue was it was 98 the weekend I was there. The house was nowhere near cool enough. My guests were hot & the baby was sweating. The AC is set to 74 or 75 (I believe) and you're not allowed to change it. I know your guys may think 74 is cool but I can promise you with the size of this house in the blazing FL sun...it felt like it was 80 in there! There isn't a single ceiling fan in the house & that would've helped TREMENDOUSLY. We were forced to go buy fans to make it bearable during the day. Night time was fine. Also another issue is I spent hours and days trying to find a house that didn't have so many bunkbeds. This wasn't my favorite house but I picked it because it had a bed room that had 2 Twin beds. I needed this for a specific reason & was extremely upset when I checked in & discovered they removed it for a bunkbed. I know it may be minor to some but I had elderly people that I needed it for. They need to update their pictures to reflect the change. Also I wanted to add that the dirty walls & all that are gone. I think someone painted & cleaned up the house right before we arrived. So everything looked great & clean. Also, the bunk bed have a trundle bed underneath. I'd recommend this place again!

We really enjoyed this home. It was very accommodating for us. It was 3 couples but easily would have accommodated our 5 kids and us if we would have brought them as there were 2 extra kid rooms.
We were celebrating a 40th birthday. We enjoyed the home as well as the community amenities. There were a few minor things like the sockets in a bathroom weren't working but there was a plug right outside the bathroom so I didn't see a need for someone to come fix. The property owner/manager responded back appropriately and timely. It was a little difficult for one of the couples to share a full size bed but it took us back to our college days. We made due but would have been better if it was a queen bed. We would definitely recommend to others and staying again.

Place is very nice, the area is gorgeous! We did do a thorough cleaning once we got there even though cleaning before check in is included in the fee. We found lots of candy and dirty things around the house and in the bedrooms which wasn’t so pleasant. The pool had some issues when we tried heating it but other than that it was a nice stay, good place to get away make some memories with friends and family!
